Order, prep and pickup — no shouting, no lost tickets, no pager kit to buy.
1. Take the order
Tap menu items at the Counter. Each order gets a number — QR ticket or a physical card.
2. Work the queue
Prep sees orders move In queue → Preparing → Ready. Tap or swipe a card to move it on.
3. Call for pickup
Ready orders show on the board and the buyer's phone — with an optional pickup text.
